I would chose an android development stack. Apple is 4th in sales for 2019 in the computer market share, while Lenovo, HP, and Dell take spot 1, 2, and 3. For this reason alone I would chose an android development stack. Apple has shown to be the top runner in performance applications like Final Cut Pro and Pro Tools, but for a generally simpler app, it is just not as important to market solely to Apple users. I am also sure that people have biases’ towards Apple and PC, and I don’t like to be biased, but I am definitely a PC person and don’t always agree with Apple marketing tactics. Maybe a little too much information for you, but I had to say it.
